If you would like to become a CIPN member, please email us at injprevnetwork@sfdph.org. In order to further promote professional relationships, we are building a roster of CIPN members. We invite you to become part of this roster by submitting your name, job title, employer, work address, phone, email, county, and areas of interest/expertise in your reply email. You may also let us know whether you are willing to be a mentor, would like to find a mentor, or neither. The roster can only be viewed by other CIPN members from the password-protected Members’ Page. Only your name and email address are required for membership. Inclusion of further information on the roster is optional.
