What Can Be Done About Institutional Racism?

Some preliminary ideas that came up in the Working Group's brainstorming: The interventions identified for institutional racism include: access to quality education, acknowledge and mitigate institutional racism in SFDPH, support affirmative action, review existing policies to mitigate institutional racism and involve affected groups at all levels.
