Causes of High Blood Pressure

According to the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation and Treatment of High Blood Pressure ( JCN 7 ), the main modifiable determinants of hypertension are overweight/obesity, physical inactivity, excessive salt intake, and immoderate alcohol consumption.
